Based on our decades of experience, ROTY-TYRO offers you a wide range of sawing and cutting machinery made to meet your needs.
From the small workshop machine for a limited budget to the fully automatic comprehensive device, as well as customised solutions in terms of power and capacity, we manufacture machines for cutting all types of materials.
With a view to mastering skills (quality and robustness), all our machines are designed, manufactured, wired and assembled in our French workshop on a thermolacquered mechanical welding base.
ALUMINIUM SAWING MACHINES
We have a versatile range of cutting machines and saws for aluminium profiles or aluminium plates. Several technologies are available depending on production rates: downward cutting head for small series on the AL350, upward cutting head for larger series on the CARFER. The cutting of thick aluminium plates is also carried out by means of an upward cutting head on the ALUMATIC.
Our sawing machines are available in manual, semi-automatic and automatic versions in order to optimise your production.
Cutting aluminium requires the use of a carbide disc and appropriate speeds.

This is the AL 350, our Ø350 carbide blade saw for aluminium.
AUTOMATIC ALUMINIUM SAWING MACHINE
The CARFER carbide blade range for ferrous and non-ferrous metals is designed for automatic sawing of aluminium.
NUMERICALLY CONTROLLED CUTTING OF ALUMINIUM PLATES
For cutting thick sheets of all sizes of aluminium, but also non-ferrous metals and composites, discover our Alumatic CNC saw.

MANUAL STEEL CUTTING MACHINE
If you want to saw steel, we can offer you different cutting methods to suit your profiles: swivel and oscillation cutting, high-precision cutting or wet cutting.
Our TPI or TP range is suitable for manual sawing of steel, discover our straight cutting/pivoting and oscillating cut-off wheels.
Our PF 315 model is recommended for precise sawing of steel with HSS milling cutter.
